terms of service
all prices in USD. payment options: paypal, ko-fi, or direct bank transfer
i reserve the right to decline any commission request.
i reserve the right to all finished commissions, even those with paid privacy.
the client is allowed to ask for progress pictures at any time, however, cannot make any major adjustments after the sketch has been approved.
payment required upfront BEFORE SKETCH. if desired, clients may choose to pay 50% before and 50% after sketch given that the final price is over $80.
NO refunds or negotiations regarding price at any stage, even if the client chooses not to pay the remaining 50% after sketch.
additional rates
the client must state their privacy terms: (1) permission for artwork to be shared publicly by artist/client (+0%), OR (2) kept private only between artist & client (+50% apply for any coloured/rendered pieces).
if the client intends to use the commission for commercial profit (redistribution of products; e.g. printing; deskmats; pins), +75% will apply. these do not include emotes, unless being used otherwise (e.g. stickers).
if no visual references are given, +25% will apply.
if the client sets a rushed deadline/wishes to be of higher priority in the queue, an additional fee of $45 will apply per customer waiting before them.
after the commission has been finalised, any further adjustments will be charged +$30 per hour given that the correction cannot be done within 20 minutes.
the client may choose to have the finished production file (photoshop/.psd) sent to them, however, this will cost 100% of the original price.

i, [name], am over 18 years of age/have parental consent to agree to all terms of service as of 21 February, specifically those regarding no refunds and additional rates for commercial use products. if i have requested paid privacy, i acknowledge that the artist still reserves all rights to the finished commission.
all emails will receive a response between 1-3 business days.only accepted commission requests will be given my personal messaging networks (e.g. Discord tag) as a direct form of contact for further communication purposes.returning customers do not need to fill out the form.
